Specializing in corporate, commercial, litigation, arbitration, and intellectual property (IP) matters, Mustafa founded Lex Resolvo after serving as the lead and compliance region and in-house counsel for the GCC & Middle East at some of the world’s top-ranked consulting firms. His role included managing portfolios for substantial organizations with budgets surpassing those of entire countries. As the public sector lead for all business lines within the organization, he gained invaluable experience. Mustafa possesses both local and international experience in law firms within the region. He has been instrumental in handling significant transactions for mergers and acquisitions, each amounting to billions. Successfully closing numerous highly sensitive litigation cases, he has drafted and reviewed over 50,000 agreements and treaties involving projects with both private and public sectors. Mustafa has successfully led and negotiated high-value agreements with the presidential office in the UAE.
